And maybe Kelly Ziminski too

Joshua Ziminski fired the first shot.

He was charged, but undercharged and some of the charges may have been inappropriately dropped. This case needs to be handled properly.

They gathered this critical footage that may help save Kyle's life at great danger to themselves.

missing/deleted? what's going on?

Information that hasn't been released — why?

  • Richard McGinniss's video of the shooting as he was chasing directly behind Kyle and Rosenbaum, should be the highest quality video. why not released? (“It's reminiscent of Keith Ellison holding back the body cam proving Floyd resisted arrest.”)
  • ballistics testing report

Looking for information about:

  • that video with the police saying “we're going to push them down by you, we know you can handle them” or something like that
  • who is the man who stomped on Kyle first in the second altercation, before he was attacked by the skateboard? he has not yet been identified.
  • “Do you know if a full account of the injuries to Rosenbaum has been made public? Specifically if any of his gunshots were 9mm and not 5.56?” (tweet)

Evidence, Organizing this page

  • Easy to Share
    • This should be one page that has the evidence and info and maybe some more easy to share stuff for the interested?
    • To share with anyone easily? Should be easy to use, interpret, whatever. Don't tell what happened, just present information. Keep it focused on that night though, don't make it a huge overwhelming timeline. And the name of this link should be shorter.
  • raws
    • yeah this should be a separate short easy to share thing so people can do their own digging easily.
  • more complete? chronologically arranged? I guess we have a link to the raw sources at the top? Or interspersed? I guess we put the compilations in there too where they belong? plus a key for easy searching, maybe that should go on another page. In this one we tag names, etc.
    • “I should make a 'raw' catalogue”
      • I should make a “raw” catalogue, with where everything comes from, so people can see for themselves, like this twitter timeline thing. maybe plus some times so it's easy to sort through.
      • I think I'll put this in here in the appropriate place chronologically.

or maybe this organization is better? all these would be links and this page would be pretty empty? not bulleted links, just there on the page, maybe.

  • compilations (make these all links?)
  • raw
  • unincorporated

Legitimacy

It seems #FightBack set up this campaign as an additional way to receive funds. Not sure why.

About Snowball

Payment Processor

Payment processor is Stripe, and Stripe has problems.

Is Stripe, see FAQ:

our payment processor, Stripe

Stripe is already holding funds from the GiveSendGo campaign hostage! See GiveSendGo campaign update #4:

Stripe continues to hold several hundred thousand dollars of our funds hostage and we are coordinating with #FightBack to seek remediation of this politically-motivated hack-job. We encourage our donors to express their displeasure with Stripe, if they feel so inclined, by sending an email to complaints@stripe.com.

Surely FightBack knew about this problem before setting up this new campaign at this new Snowball site? Why would they do this knowing there are problems with Stripe?

How much does Snowball deduct from each transaction?

from Snowball's FAQ:

Q: How much does Snowball take from each transaction?

A: Our payment processor deducts a small fee from each transaction to cover credit card costs. Premium transactions get a rate of 2.2% + 30 cents for Premium accounts and 2.9% + 30 cents for all other account types.
